Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Logic Voice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Logic Intelligence Technologies ("the Operator").

2. Description of Service

Logic Voice is a hands-free, voice-first personal AI assistant. It accepts spoken or typed input, processes queries through configured AI providers, performs research via approved tools and connectors, and returns answers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Perform unlawful automation, including scraping services that prohibit it.
• Bypass, circumvent, or violate any third-party terms of service, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, or access controls.
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or entity without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or connected systems.

4. Owner-Operated Platform

Logic Voice is a single-user, owner-operated platform. The owner configures providers, connectors, and permissions. All actions taken by the assistant are performed under the owner's explicit configuration and approval. The Operator does not monitor, review, or control the content of owner conversations.

5. Third-Party Providers

The Service relies on third-party providers for:

• Large Language Model (LLM) inference (e.g. Groq, OpenRouter).
• Speech-to-Text (STT) processing.
• Web content retrieval during research tasks.
• Connector services (GitHub, Supabase, Google Calendar, etc.).

These providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. The Operator is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Data transmitted to these providers is governed by their respective policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
